Typically, the item will arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you receive a defective item or a product different from your order, please contact us at customer@global-soph.net within 10 days of receiving the item.Please note that for returns due to customer preference, we only accept returns of unused items (this means the product must be in resalable condition, with all tags, packaging materials, invoices, and any other accessories included at the time of delivery. Items that have been worn, altered, or show any damage, deformation, or stains due to trying on, will not be accepted).
In such cases, only the product price will be refunded, and shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Bargain items are not eligible for return or exchange.
